The project is a residential investment project consisting of a basement and ground + 4 floors on each floor, the number of four apartments, the area of the apartments ranges between 140 -165) square meters and the total area of the project is (680) square meters on the ground floor, where the owner submitted the designs ready for implementation and upon review

As is usual, according to the workflow system within the company, and before starting implementation, it was found that there were problems in distributing the jobs of the building, and accordingly, an amendment was made to the design, taking into account the requirements and vision of the original owner, modifying the structural design, and then making estimates and costs.
