Design and Construction for a Private House

Project Summery
The project consists of ground + two floors, and the building was implemented on an area of (1200) square meters, and there are external gardens and ground water tanks, and an irrigation system for the gardens and a fire-fighting system was made, where the design contained (3) large salons on different areas for reception on the ground floor and also
Rooms for guests and a large kitchen that accommodates and serves all family occasions, small and large, and the first floor was allocated to contain bedrooms only, while the second floor was a private residence for family members
Project Challenges
The site is considered one of the most important challenges, as it was in one of the border states of Sudan, which led to difficulty in transporting materials, deporting and housing workers for the project. After coordination, and thanks to God, all problems were resolved and housing for the project’s team was appointed and an office was established for them to follow up on the project and the work was followed up from the rest of the team’s work in the company Where weekly and monthly visits were allocated to the site to see the progress of work
